Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Please note that there may be certain restrictions based on the destination.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product and the destination country. For instance, shipping from Germany to the United States is more expensive than shipping to Denmark. All orders are shipped via DHL.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. This means that your package will be ready for shipment within 5 business days at the latest.
Shipping Times:
We offer standard shipping only. The delivery time varies depending on the destination:
- Within the EU: 3-10 business days
- United States: 10-20 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-15 business days
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package using the DHL tracking service.
Duties and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
VAT Information:
As a small business owner in Germany, I am currently operating under the small business regulation ("Kleinunternehmerregelung"). Therefore, no VAT is charged or shown on my invoices.
