From where do you ship and how long does the shipping take?
We ship from Berlin. Shipping within Europe usually takes 3-10 days. Shipping outside of Europe may take up to 14-21 days.
It says that the mount I would like is not available. Why is that?
If a certain mount is shown as currently unavailable, it means we haven’t yet set up shipping for your country in our system. If that’s the case, please send us a short email at info.kaiseraudio@gmail.com and let us know which country you live in!
Where can I find the dimensions of a certain mount?
Each mount is custom-made to fit your specific equipment. Simply write in the box on the cart page which devices you have, and the bracket will be tailored to your setup!
What does with/without finish exactly mean?
We use oil varnish to enhance the texture of the wood and, in some cases, create a completely different look using the same type of wood. In this case, it serves no practical purpose, but is purely aesthetic.
I like the products, but there is no solution for what I need...
